1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the RefuelEU SAF Compliance OS website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RefuelEU SAF Compliance OS provides evidence packaging, reconciliation, calculations, and risk flagging tools for sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) compliance. The Service is designed to assist with audit preparation and documentation organization.

Important: The Service does NOT provide legal certification or regulatory compliance advice. Legal certification remains the sole responsibility of the user and their designated legal advisors.

3. Pilot Program Terms

The 30-day paid pilot program includes:

• Scope limited to 1 entity, up to 3 airports, 1 reporting period
• Delivery of audit pack within 48 hours of document receipt
• Technical support during the pilot period
• No guarantee of specific compliance outcomes

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Verify all outputs for accuracy before use in official submissions

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of RefuelEU SAF OS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your uploaded documents and data remain your property. We claim no ownership rights over your content.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for regulatory compliance failures or audit outcomes

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You remain responsible for maintaining backups of your critical documents.

8. Payment and Refunds

Pilot program fees are due upon execution of the pilot agreement. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Unused credits do not roll over beyond the pilot period.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and we may delete your data in accordance with our retention policies.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RefuelEU SAF OS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and the European Union, as applicable. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
